Hand and Wrist Yoga For Arthritis Relief

How can we use yoga to manage arthritis in our hands and wrists?

A regular stretch and mobility series of exercises can REALLY help some of the ache and pain of arthritis. A well planned short practice can offer relief and make simple tasks like buttoning a shirt, writing and texting easier to do.

Why do I LOVE this short class for feeling better in the wrists and hands? It contains gentle movement and specific stretches like wrist circles and finger stretches.

Remember, consistency is key, even if it's just a few minutes each day, to relieve arthritis pain in the hands and wrists. Listen to your body and modify and adjust these stretches as needed so that they work for YOU.
